Do you ship internationally?

  • I sure do! Once you put your address details at checkout, the shipping price will automatically calculate for your area.

I saw some gorgeous earrings on your socials, but I can’t find on them on your website?

  • These might be old stock pieces and/or limited editions pieces and are all sold out. I design and create new earrings each month and once they are gone – they are gone!

  • Orders can be collected from the CC Creatives Gift Shop in Waterford:

I lost an earring, can I get a replacement?

  • Sometimes this is possible but sometimes it is not. It usually depends on what material I have in stock. Please get in touch to enquire with a picture of your earring and I will let you know.

Do you have clip on earrings?

  • Clip on attachments are not available for my earrings. I have done a lot of research into all types of clip on findings but there are so many types in so many sizes (depending on earlobe size) that it is just not feasible for me to offer this. I'm sorry :(

I have sensitive ears, can I wear your earrings?

  • I use surgical grade stainless steel earring posts/hoops/backs on all my earrings. They are lead and nickel free and should not cause any irritations. Surgical grade stainless steel is also the base metal for the Gold plated findings I use.
  • Please note that gold-plated jewellery has only a thin layer of gold which will wear down over time.
  • The materials I use are VERY lightweight. I found that heavy earrings were one reason my ears would hurt so I ensure mine will be so light you won’t feel them in your ears!

Do I keep the plastic thingies on the earring backs?

  • These are so important for fish hook earrings!! We have all lost one of these types of earrings haven’t we?? From the wind, taking off a scarf or jumper. If you keep your plastic backs and put them on your fish hooks when worn, they shouldn’t fall out.

Do you offer custom designs?

  • I don't make jewellery to order any more due to the time it takes to design and create such jewellery. I am happy to mix and match earring tops – e.g. if you would like ball studs instead of hoops etc. Just leave me a note in the checkout box or email me after your order kayleigh@phatpoly.ie
  • I am also open to slightly adjusting designs for people that have tunnels. This cannot be achieved for all earrings but I am happy to chat with you about any earrings you like! Send me an email and I will do my best to help. Any requests like this will require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to production.

Will you post direct to a friend for me?

  • Absolutely!! Just add their details for the shipping address and if you want me to add a message with your gift just let me know in the 'notes to seller' box at checkout. I do not include receipts with my orders so you don’t have to worry about them seeing any information about your purchase.

Does 'Add to Cart' Secure My Purchase?

  • Sadly no :( This is a security measure for sellers so that trolls who leave numerous items in their cart for days cannot affect your sales.
  • The only way to secure your jewellery is to check out fully.
  • TIP! If you are wanting multiple pairs from a new Drop, I highly recommend checking out after adding each pair to cart. While you do initially pay postage on each successful order, simply email your order numbers to kayleigh@phatpoly.ie and I will combine shipping and refund any extra postage paid. Please note: refunds may take a few days to hit your bank account/credit card.

Do you offer refunds?

  • Returns will not be granted if:
  1. Care instructions have not been followed
  2. You change your mind (due to hygiene reasons)
  3. On Seconds items (please check the photo and listing details before purchasing)
  • Phat Poly jewellery is made with high quality materials, and constructed with care. In the unlikely event that an issue arises, please contact me via email ASAP so that it can be rectified.
