As they are handmade, please note that there may be blemishes or slight imperfections – this is the nature of handmade products and I promise that it does not impede on their quality. I try my absolute best to minimise this.

I am constantly working to improve my processes and ways of making my products and promise you that every piece is inspected prior to being sent out.
All orders are shipped within 2 working days - and that's a promise!
I use An Post standard mail which is not tracked. Should you wish to use tracking registered post is available upon checkout.
In the unlikely event that your order is delayed please get in touch via email to email@example.com and I will investigate immediately. Each query will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings.
If your jewellery arrives damaged due to transit, I will endeavour to replace the broken piece. Repairs for items that broke at no fault to the customer within 14 days of receiving will be repaired/replaced at no cost. Anything after 14 days will be reviewed on a case by case basis and the customer must pay shipping for the return of the item in need of repair/replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
I understand that accidents do happen and I want your Phat Poly jewellery to last a very long time so please get in touch via the Repairs link on the home page. Repairs will be reviewed on a case by case basis and invoiced accordingly. Shipping is at the cost of the customer.
