Stretched Ears/Tunnel
I have 25mm hoops in gold and steel colour that can be thread through the tunnel and clipped together.
I do recommend choosing earrings that have a steel/metal top so that the transition isn't as noticeable - earrings with polymer clay tops will lose the coloured top.
