Worldwide shipping is available on all orders using An Post Postal Service. Standard delivery: 2-4 working days (from date of dispatch).

Free local collection also available in Waterford City from the CC Creatives Shop, 87 Meaghers Quay.

Flat Rate (not tracked) = €2.50

Registered Post = €8.50

Free standard shipping (not tracked) on all orders over €50

 

REST OF WORLD

Flat Rate (no tracking) = €4.00

Registered Post = €12.00

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

I do not accept exchanges on earrings due to Health & Safety reasons. Returns for damaged earrings are accepted within 14 days of purchase and I will remake you a new pair of the same style and send them to you ASAP. Please email phat_poly@hotmail.com for the return address. 

Polymer clay is very durable and bendable but PLEASE DO NOT BEND your earrings no matter how many videos you see of it on TikTok & YouTube!! Polymer Clay is bendable but this weakens the product with each bend and I cannot take responsibility for this happening.
