PLEASE NOTE

All my earrings are carefully and lovingly handmade – this is what makes them so much more special! 

As they are handmade, please note that there may be blemishes or slight imperfections – this is the nature of handmade products and I promise that it does not impede on their quality. I try my absolute best to minimise this.
Exact colour of earrings may vary from what is shown in photo due to your screen settings.

I am constantly working to improve my processes and ways of making my products and promise you that every piece is inspected and given the Kayleigh Seal of Approval before it is sent out!

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

I do not accept exchanges on earrings due to Health & Safety reasons. Returns for damaged earrings are accepted within 14 days of purchase and I will remake you a new pair of the same style and send them to you ASAP. Please email phat_poly@hotmail.com for the return address. 


Polymer clay is very durable and bendable but PLEASE DO NOT BEND your earrings no matter how many videos you see of it on TikTok & YouTube!! Polymer Clay is bendable but this weakens the product with each bend and I cannot take responsibility for this happening.


I understand that accidents do happen though so if for some reason you break your earrings please contact me via email.

 

DELAYED/LOST POST 

Sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet, there’s nothing worse than waiting for something exciting to arrive!!

In the unlikely event that your order is missing, you will need to submit an enquiry form to An Post at the following web address:

https://forms.anpost.ie/enquiry

On this form, it will ask you for the addressee’s name and address which is my details. You can fill in Kayleigh Sutton (Phat Poly) and use Eircode X91 VNE6 – I also always write this as a return address on all my mail boxes.

Investigations take 30 working days with An Post. You will then receive confirmation from An Post that your order has been found or, regrettably, lost. Please forward me a copy of this notification and I will then work re-creating your order (designs vary due to the one of a kind nature of my products).
