Things to Note:

All my earrings are carefully and lovingly handmade – this is what makes them so special! 

As they are handmade, please note that there may be blemishes or slight imperfections – this is the nature of handmade products and I promise that it does not impede on their quality. I try my absolute best to minimise this.
Exact colour of earrings may vary from what is shown in photo due to your screen settings.

I am constantly working to improve my processes and ways of making my products and promise you that every piece is inspected and given the Kayleigh Seal of Approval before it is sent out! 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 2 working days - and that's a promise!

I use An Post standard mail which is not tracked. Should you wish to use tracking, registered post is available upon checkout.

DELAYED/LOST POST

Sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet, there’s nothing worse than waiting for something exciting to arrive!!

In the unlikely event that your order is missing, I will need to submit an enquiry form to An Post.

Investigations take 30 working days with An Post. I will then receive confirmation that your order has been found or, regrettably, lost.

On receipt of such notification I will then re-create your order (designs vary due to the one of a kind nature of my products).

RETURNS

Due to health & safety I cannot accept returns on earrings. 

If your jewellery arrives damaged due to transit, I will endeavour to replace the broken piece. Repairs for items that broke at NO FAULT to the customer within 14 days of receiving will be repaired/replaced at no cost. Anything after 14 days will be reviewed on a case to case basis and the customer must pay shipping for the return of the item in need of repair/replacement.
